Founded by husband and wife duo, Edd & Suzanne Lemoine in 1985, Telecommunications Concepts, Inc. (TCI) has grown and changed with the times. A small business and woman owned company based in Rhode Island, TCI has evolved from a telephone communications sales rep company in the 1980's to a manufacturer representative company focusing on the latest fiber optic technology equipment and supplies. TCI was a part of the internet boom of the 1990's and through strong customer service, expert industry knowledge and resiliency has been able to withstand the test of time.
